Please read these terms carefully before using AlgoGrass. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

AlgoGrass Ltd ("AlgoGrass", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales, providing an AI-powered GDPR and GRC compliance platform at algograss.com ("the Platform").

Important: AlgoGrass is a compliance guidance tool, not a law firm. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. Always review compliance outputs with a qualified solicitor before relying on them commercially.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your business to these terms. By using AlgoGrass, you confirm you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@algograss.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not share your account, create multiple accounts for the same business, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Free trial: All new accounts receive a 60-day free Pro trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Billing: After the 60-day free trial, you may upgrade to a paid plan. If you do not upgrade, your account moves to the free tier automatically. You will not be charged without choosing to upgrade. Paid plans renew monthly at the rate shown at signup. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before any charge.

Cancellation: Cancel any time from your dashboard. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Price changes: We will give 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to:

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks on the AlgoGrass platform are owned by AlgoGrass Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Documents generated by the platform (privacy policies, cookie policies, etc.) are licensed to you for use in your own business. You may not resell or redistribute them.

AlgoGrass is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that compliance scan results will be 100% accurate or complete.

Compliance scan results are indicative only. They are not a substitute for a professional legal or compliance audit. AlgoGrass is not liable for any regulatory action, fine, or loss arising from reliance on platform outputs without independent legal review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlgoGrass's total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay amounts due. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

On termination, your data will be retained for the periods specified in our Privacy Policy, then deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
